- Maximum file storage per account is limited to 5GB for Single plan, 20GB for Build plan, and 50GB for Pro plan, per subscription.
User Content
- You are solely responsible for any content you post on our platform, including drawings, spec files, images, and other materials. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise offensive. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms of use.
Payment and Subscription
- Our service is available through subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription plan. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in our platform, including the software, design, and content, are owned by JobSite.codes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding our platform, including the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any information or content. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall JobSite.codes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform or these terms of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We encourage users to utilize a backup storage service to ensure files are accessible outside of our platform.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobSite.codes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our platform or your breach of these terms of use.
Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform at any time if you or anyone on your account have not , without prior notice or liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms of Use
- We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time, without prior notice or liability. Your continued use of our platform after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms of use.
